基于区块链技术的“澜湄区域” 跨境物流运作模型设计

Design of Cross-border Logistics Operation Model in “Lanmei Cooperation Area”Based on Block Chain

摘要:

随着澜湄合作机制的快速发展，现有的跨境物流运作模型已经不能满足跨境物流服务体系中对物流的高要求。为了更好地完成澜湄合作机制中的跨境经济以及互联互通发展目标，构建跨境物流运作模型。梳理了现有的跨境物流运作模型，分析跨境物流链条上存在的问题。基于区块链技术设计澜湄区域跨境物流运作新模型，并构建新模型的五大功能体系。提出了“区块链+跨境甩挂运输”信息平台整体框架，实现了货主、物流企业、承运人、海关等用户的信息共享，并阐述了新模型的设计原理。对原有运作模型与新模型进行比较分析，提出促进新模型发展策略，为澜湄区域的国际货物运输提供新思维和新方法。对基于区块链技术的“澜湄区域”跨境物流运作模型的实证研究有待深化。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of Lanmei cooperation mechanism, the existing cross-border logistics operation model can not meet the high requirements of logistics in the cross-border logistics service system. In order to better accomplish the development goals of cross-border economy and interconnection in Lanmei cooperation mechanism, a cross-border logistics operation model is constructed. This paper combs the existing cross-border logistics operation model, and analyses the existing problems in the cross-border logistics chain. Based on block chain technology, this paper designs a new model of cross-border logistics operation in Lanmei region, and constructs five functional systems of the new model. The overall framework of “block chain + cross border drop and pull transport ”information platform is put forward, which realizes information sharing among cargo owners, logistics enterprises, carriers, customs and other users, and the design principle of the new model is expounded. This paper compares the original operation model with the new one, and puts forward some strategies to promote the development of the new model, so as to provide new ideas and methods for the international freight transportation in Lanmei region. The empirical research on the cross-border logistics operation model of Lanmei region based on block chain technology needs to be deepened.
