Abstract:With the development of cross-border e-commerce for export, the role of how to choose a suitable and effective cross-border e-commerce logistics service provider according to the characteristics of cross-border logistics products is more prominent .Based on comparative analysis of different types of cross-border logistics service provider, the paper constructs an evaluation index system for the logistics service provider selection of cross-border e-commerce with logistics distribution cost, logistics distribution quality ,logistics distribution capability and logistics value-added service as core indicators , and establish a logistics service provider selection model of cross-border e-commerce combined intuitionistic fuzzy theory with TOPSIS .Finally ,the validity of the model is proved by a case.
