文章以2013-2017年我国上市涉农企业为样本,采用非平衡面板数据构建回归分析计量模型,通过对涉农企业终极控制人产权性质、所有权、控制权及两权分离度指标的设置,并以涉农上市企业终极人为研究主体,研究了涉农企业终极控制人产权性质、所有权、控制权及两权分离度对企业技术创新活动的影响。通过研究发现,终极控制人产权性质中非国有性质和终极控制人所有权对技术创新活动具有促进作用,二者呈正相关关系;终极控制人控制权和两权分离度对企业技术创新活动产生负面效应,二者呈负相关关系。由此本文认为政府应加大对涉农非国有企业的扶植和政策倾斜,鼓励其进行技术创新促发展;进行国有企业改革,发展混合所有制企业;完善法律及监督措施,加大对涉农上市企业终极控制人的监管;合理设计股权机构,完善公司治理机制,为涉农企业技术创新活动的顺利开展营造有利氛围。

This paper takes the listed agricultural enterprises in China from 2013 to 2017 as a sample, and uses the non-balanced panel data to construct a regression analysis measurement model. Through the setting of the property rights, ownership, control and separation of the two powers of the ultimate controller of the agriculture-related enterprises and the ultimate human-oriented research subject of agricultural-related listed enterprises, the paper studies the nature of the ultimate controlling person"s property rights, ownership, control and the separation of the two powers on the technological innovation activities of enterprises. Through research, it is found that the non-state-owned nature and ultimate controller ownership of the ultimate controlling property rights have a positive effect on technological innovation activities, and the two have a positive correlation; the ultimate controller control and the separation of the two powers have a negative effect on the technological innovation activities of enterprises. The two are negatively correlated. Therefore, this paper believes that the government should increase the support and policy inclination of non-state-owned enterprises involved in agriculture, encourage them to carry out technological innovation and promote development; carry out state-owned enterprise reform, develop mixed ownership enterprises; improve laws and supervision measures, and increase the listing of agriculture-related enterprises.
