Abstract:Open innovation is the trend under the new form. Enterprises need adaptive organizational structure and coordination mechanism to ensure the transformation from closed innovation to open innovation strategy. In practice, due to the lag of organizational structure change, the open innovation strategy can not be implemented smoothly. However, about changing the organizational structure of enterprises to adapt to the implementation of open innovation strategy, academia Based on Chandler's theory of structural follow-up strategy, this paper explores three dimensions of organizational structure: organizational system structure, organizational hierarchy structure and organizational culture structure from the perspective of the logical classification of organizational structure functions, in order to promote the organizational structure reform of enterprises in China. Effective implementation of open innovation strategy can also enrich the theoretical system of organizational change to a certain extent.
