    摘要:

    基于近5年样本高校协同创新统计数据,运用超效率模型测度各高校协同创新效率;利用方差分析检验样本高校总体平均效率的变化状况;运用非参数统计方法检验样本高校协同创新效率的分布差异;利用冗余度指标测度样本高校协同创新投入指标的冗余度及其分布状况。研究发现,样本高校中有16.9%的高校在分析期内保持持续的协同创新高效率,有28.8%的样本高校其协同创新在分析期内持续表现为无效状态;高校协同创新平均效率在分析期内的变化在统计上不显著;样本高校协同创新效率表现为10类不同的分布状况。在以经费和人力冗余率为坐标的坐标系中,仅有4所非DEA有效高校分布在第三象限且接近坐标原点,即这4所高校的经费和人力投入冗余率均较小;有超过50%的样本高校分布在第一象限的对角线周围,即这些高校在经费与人力投入冗余率上相当;其余高校则纵向或横向分布在第二和第四象限,即这些高校在经费和人力冗余率指标上差异显著。

    Abstract:

    The super efficiency model is used to measure the collaborative innovation efficiency of universities based on the statistical data of collaborative innovation of universities in recent 5 years.The variance analysis was used to test the change of the overall mean of efficiency.Non-parametric statistical method was used to test the distribution differences of collaborative innovation efficiency in universities.The redundancy index is used to measure the redundancy and distribution of collaborative innovation input index in universities.The study found that 16.9% of the universities in the sample maintained high efficiency of collaborative innovation during the analysis period, while 28.8% of the universities in the sample continued to be ineffective.The change of the average efficiency of collaborative innovation in universities is not statistically significant in the analysis period.The collaborative innovation efficiency of the sample universities shows 10 different types of distribution. In the coordinate system established by the redundancy rate of funds and manpower, only four non-dea effective universities are distributed in the third quadrant and close to the origin of coordinates, which means their redundancy rate of funds and manpower input are small;More than 50% of the sample universities are distributed around the diagonal of the first quadrant, which means these universities have the same redundancy rate of funds and manpower input.The other colleges and universities are vertically or horizontally distributed in the second and fourth quadrants, which means these colleges and universities have significant differences in the indicators of funds and manpower redundancy rate.
