战略性新兴产业技术转移、内部研发能力与技术创新绩效关系研究 ——以中成药制造业为例

Technology Transfer, Internal R&D Capability and Technological Innovation Performance of Strategic Emerging Industries——Taking Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine Manufacturing as Example

战略性新兴产业的创新发展依赖于创新投入及创新过程中的创新资源有效利用。在经济全球化背景下,开放式创新可以使产业企业利用内部、外部创新资源,技术转移、内部研发能力提升是改善产业技术创新绩效的重要途径。论文选利用1995-2016年数据,采用层次回归模型,探讨中国中成药制造业的技术转移、内部研发能力影响其知识创新绩效、产品创新绩效的作用机制。研究发现：(1)中国中成药制造业国外技术引进与产业的知识创新绩效存在负向相关性,与产业的产品创新绩效存在正“U”型相关关系；(2)中国中成药制造业国内技术购买与产业的知识创新绩效存在正相关关系,与产品创新绩效存在倒“U”型相关关系；(3)中国中成药制造业内部研发能力对国内技术购买与技术创新绩效间的相关关系具有正向调节效应,对国外技术引进与技术创新绩效间关系不具有调节作用。上述结论对中国中成药制造业如何协调技术引进与自主研发关系、改善技术创新路径具有参考价值,对于中国战略性新兴产业合理配置技术创新资源以及产业的持续发展具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The development of strategic emerging industries relies on the innovation input and the effective use of innovative resources in innovation process. With the globalization of economy, open innovation enables enterprises to utilize internal and external innovation resources, and technology transfer and internal R D capability improvement are important ways to sustain a better industrial technological innovation performance. Based on the statistic data of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing in 1995-2016, this paper explores the mechanism of technology transfer, internal R D capability, knowledge innovation performance and product innovation performance of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing with hierarchical regression model. The results are that: (1) foreign technology imports have negative effect on the knowledge innovation performance of the Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing, and there is a U-shaped relationship between the foreign technology introduction of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing and the product innovation performance of the industry; (2)domestic technology purchase has a positive effect on the knowledge innovation performance of the Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing,and there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the domestic technology purchase of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing and the product innovation performance of the industry; (3) the internal R D capability of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between domestic technology purchase and technological innovation performance. There is no moderating effect on the relationship between foreign technology import and technological innovation performance. The above conclusions can provide reference value on how Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing coordinate technology introduction and independent research and development, and improve the innovation path. It is also of great significant for Chinese strategic emerging industries to allocate rationally technological innovation resources and develop sustainably.
