传统的医院科研管理模式存在临床缺乏科研动力、基础研究与临床脱节、科研运行机制矛盾突出等众多问题。PI制作为发达国家大多数实验室的运作方式，在提升科研实力、创造高水平科研成果等方面发挥着重要作用。广东省中医院以PI制为核心，立足本院实际，构建实践了一套科研团队运行模式，取得了较好的成果，为医院科研团队管理优化探索一条新的途径。

Abstract:

Traditional hospital scientific research management models have many problems such as lack of scientific research motivation, basic research and clinical disjunction, and contradiction between scientific research operation mechanism. PI production is the operation mode of most laboratories in developed countries, and plays an important role in enhancing scientific research strength and creating high-level scientific research results. Based on the PI system, the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has built a set of scientific research team operation mode based on the actual situation of the hospital, and achieved good results, and explored a new way for the management of hospital scientific research team.
