基于出口管制技术的产业竞争情报数据库构建问题研究

Research on Issues in the Construction of Industrial Competitive Intelligence Database Based on Export Control Technology

摘要:

本文以出口管制技术目录清单为切入点,主要采用文献资料研究、问卷调研与访谈的方法,从竞争情报的角度分析研究出口管制技术产业竞争情报数据库构建问题。通过对政府部门、企业、科研机构等专家进行访谈,完成对出口管制技术竞争情报产品与服务需求的调研与分析,根据用户需求与数据特点,从竞争情报的角度,完成数据库的设计与构建,并利用数据库开展竞争情报服务,为政府决策和企业建设等提供出口管制技术本底情报、产业动态情报与专题情报等高价值情报。

Abstract:

This article takes the list of export control technologies as pointcut, mainly uses the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, and analyzes the construction of industrial competitive intelligence database of export control technology from the perspective of competitive intelligence. Through interviews with experts from government departments, enterprises, scientific research institutions and so on, the research and analysis of the demand for competitive intelligence products and services for export control technology were completed. According to user needs and data characteristics, the paper completes the design and construction of the database from the perspective of competitive intelligence. The research uses the database to carry out competitive intelligence services and provide high-value intelligence such as basic information, industrial dynamic information and special information of export control technology for government decision-making and enterprise construction.
