[目的/意义] 借鉴发明问题解决理论(theory of the solution of inventive problems, TRIZ)解决问题的思路和方法来进行药品安全舆情管理的分析,发现该理论能较好解决药品安全舆情引导中的问题。[方法/过程] 在分析药品安全舆情引导需求功能模型的基础上,借鉴不同管理领域的参数特征,经过比较、分析和筛选构成描述药品安全舆情引导管理的参数指标,并通过案例分析论证药品安全舆情引导体系构建的合理性。[结果/结论] 以药品安全舆情引导的八大进化法则、功能性分析和资源分析为基础,结合不同管理领域的参数特征与参数选取原则,提出了药品安全舆情引导的29个管理参数。

[purpose/significance]Using the ideas and methods of solving problems by using the theory of inventive problem solving to analyze the public opinion management of drug safety, it is found that the theory can better solve the problems in guiding public opinion of drug safety. [Method/process] On the basis of analyzing the functional model of drug safety public opinion guidance demand, drawing lessons from the characteristics of parameters in different fields of management, through comparison, analysis and screening, the parameter indicators describing drug safety public opinion guidance management are constituted, and the rationality of the construction of drug safety public opinion guidance system is demonstrated through case analysis. [Result/Conclusion] Based on the eight evolutionary rules, functional analysis and resource analysis guided by drug safety and public opinion, combined with the parameter characteristics and parameter selection principles of different management fields, 29 management parameters for drug safety public opinion guidance were proposed.
