美国自然语言处理技术专利情报分析及启示 ——基于1999-2018年专利数据

Information analysis of Natural Language Processing Patents in the United States and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要:

自然语言处理技术广泛应用于人工智能的各个领域，具有重要的产业价值。以1999—2018年该领域的美国专利数据为分析对象，从专利申请和授权趋势、专利技术、专利相关主体、诉讼及运营等四个方面进行专利情报剖析，美国自然语言处理产业的研发态势、热点技术分布、主要创新者、竞争环境等情况得以展现。总结美国的经验，我国应培育以企业为主导的创新格局、加快科研成果转化、加强在美国的专利布局以及注重专业人才培养。

Abstract:

Natural language processing (NLP) technology is widely applied in various fields of artificial intelligence, and it is of great industrial value. This paper analyzes the US patent data about NLP during 1999-2018, and researches its patent information from four aspects: patent application and authorization trend, patent technology, patent relative subjects, litigation and operation. Furthermore, this paper studies American’s NLP industry current situation, such as its R&D trend, hot technologies distribution, main innovators, and competitive environment. Based on the study above, some suggestions are put forward to China, like cultivate the enterprise-led innovation pattern, accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements, strengthen the distribution of patents in the United States and pay attention to the training of professional talents.
