本研究从企业环境战略的转型内容和转型路径两方面论述了企业环境战略转型的内涵,厘清了员工层面、组织层面和领导者层面的环境战略内容变化以及不同类型环境战略之间的转型路径。并在此基础上结合了企业现今所处的动态环境背景,分析了企业战略导向、内在环境、外在环境、企业管理者等关键要素在环境战略转型过程中的关键作用,构建了一个企业环境战略转型的理论框架。不仅如此,为了证实环境战略转型对于企业可持续发展的重要作用,本文还系统性的阐述了环境战略转型在各职能层面和整体战略层面的作用效果,并构建了一个企业环境战略转型作用效果框架。丰富了企业环境战略转型领域的理论研究,为现有企业环境战略转型研究的不足指出了未来研究方向。

[Abstract]
This paper elaborates the connotation of environmental strategic transformation from the perspectives of both changes in environmental strategic content and path and clarifies the relationship among the changes in employee-level, organization-level and leadership-level environmental strategic content. This paper combines the dynamic environment of the enterprises and analyzes how key factors affect environmental strategic transformation from the perspective of corporate strategy orientation, internal environment and external environment. Then, based on the analysis of the connotation and theoretical perspectives of environmental strategic transformation, this paper builds a general framework for environmental strategic transformation research. Besides, in order to confirm the important role of environmental strategic transformation for sustainable development, we also systematically elaborate the effect of environmental strategic transformation on the level of functional and overall strategies and build a framework for the effect of corporate environmental strategic transformation. It enriches the theoretical research in the field of corporate environmental strategic transformation and points out the future research direction for the shortcomings of existing corporate environmental strategic transformation research.
