技术创新动态能力理论研究综述

A Literature Review of Dynamic Capability of Technological Innovation

动态能力理论是战略管理研究领域的一个热点话题，由此理论框架衍生出了技术创新动态能力这一概念，但是学术界对技术创新动态能力的概念界定未达成一致，维度划分也不统一，对技术创新动态能力理论的研究也不够深入。本文通过对已有文献的梳理，对技术创新动态能力理论的发展、现存的各类观点和研究的方法进行了综述，剖析了技术创新动态能力与技术创新能力本质上的不同，指出了它们概念上的区别和联系，二者性质不同，研究对象不同，理论层次也不同。分析了技术创新动态能力的作用机制，认为技术创新动态能力通过不断调整资源的结构与配置来为技术创新活动提供资源投入、创造更适宜的环境，是技术创新活动的一种前置性活动，可以使技术创新更高效也更能适应不断变化的动态竞争环境。最后指出技术创新动态能力现有的研究中的还存在研究对象单一、研究方法不完善等问题，并对后续的研究做出了展望。

Abstract:

Dynamic capability theory is widely concerned in the field of strategic management research，the concept of dynamic capability of technological innovation is developed from this theoretical framework. However, the academic community has not agreed on the definition of dynamic ability of technological innovation, and the division of dimension is also not uniform. The research on the dynamic capability theory of technological innovation is not deep enough. By reviewing the existing literature, this paper summarizes the development, the existing viewpoints and research methods of the dynamic capability of technological innovation theory, and analyzes the differences between the dynamic capability of technological innovation and the capability of technological innovation, then points out their conceptual differences and connections which are different in nature, different in research objects and different theoretical levels. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the dynamic capability of technological innovation, and holds that the dynamic capability of technological innovation provides resource input for technological innovation activities and creates a more suitable environment by constantly adjusting the structure and configuration of resources. Dynamic capability of technological innovation is a kind of precursor activity of technological innovation activities, which can make technological innovation more efficient and adapt to the changing dynamic competitive environment. Finally, based on the research, we points out that there are some problems such as unitary research object and imperfect research method in the existing research of dynamic capability of technological innovation, and make a prospect for the future research.
