Reflection on Technology Entrepreneurship: Evolution, Features, and Inspiration of the Research on the Entrepreneurship Of Sci-Tech- Personnel in Colleges and Universities

摘要:

通过对国内外科技创业研究做概括性追溯，论述高校科技人员创业研究的演化，挖掘科技人员创业中个人、组织、环境3个维度的特征，通过对科技人员创业研究中关注创业机会利用的有效性、个体创业角色的矛盾性、组织要素的协调性和创业系统的复杂性以及政策的红利性等特征分析，提出科技人员创业三维度的启示。

Abstract:

The research analyzed the features and evolution of university sci-tech- personnel entrepreneurship. Through general review of the technology entrepreneurship at home and abroad, this paper demonstrated the evolvement and the “individual-organization-environment” three-dimensional characteristics of university scientific and technical personnel entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, analyzing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial opportunity utilization, the contradiction of individual entrepreneurial role, the coordination of organizational elements, the complexity of entrepreneurial system and the profitability of policies concerned by the sci-tech- personnel, this paper put forward three dimensional enlightenment for sci-tech- personnel .
