摘要:

市域创新驱动发展能力评价是监测评价地市创新驱动发展状况的重要途径。研究创新驱动发展内涵、创新驱动发展能力评价一般框架等理论，分析市域创新驱动发展能力评价特点，从创新环境支撑能力、创新资源集聚能力、创新资源配置能力、创新成果产出能力、驱动经济社会发展能力五个维度构建市域创新驱动发展能力评价框架及评价指标体系。

Abstract:

The evaluation of urban innovation driven development capability is an important way to monitor and evaluate the development of urban innovation driven development status. This paper studies the connotation of innovation driven development, the general framework of evaluation of innovation driven development capacity, analyzes the characteristics of urban innovation driven development capability evaluation, and constructs the evaluation framework and evaluation index system of the urban innovation driven development capability from the five dimensions of innovative environment supporting ability, innovative resource gathering ability, innovative resource allocation ability, innovation output capacity, and driving the ability of economic and social development.
