运用Bootstrap方法对2014~2016年河北省503家高新技术企业的数据进行分析,实证了四类高新技术企业人力资本特征(学历水平、海外背景、专业水平和研发经验)对企业创新绩效的作用机制及其差异。结果发现:学历水平对企业创新绩效的促进效应最强,其次是研发经验,但专业水平特征的影响为负。“知识存量-技术水平”链在企业人力资本特征中的学历水平、专业水平和研发经验和企业创新绩效之间起到了链式中介作用。企业创新合作水平在很大程度上正向调节了四类人力资本特征对企业知识存量的影响,尤其是对海外背景和研发经验的调节。

This paper uses the Bootstrap method to analyze the data of 503 high-tech enterprises in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2016, and demonstrates the mechanism and difference of human capital characteristics (academic level, overseas background, professional level and R D experience) of four types of high-tech enterprises on enterprise innovation performance. The results show that the academic level has the strongest effect on the innovation performance of enterprises, followed by the R D experience, but the influence of professional level characteristics is negative. The “Knowledge Stock-Technology Level” chain plays a chain mediator role in the academic level, professional level and R D experience and firm’s innovation performance in the characteristics of human capital. The level of enterprise innovation cooperation has largely moderating the impact of four types of human capital characteristics on the company"s knowledge stock, especially the moderating of overseas background and R D experience.
