医药企业与学研机构合作研发创新药物的演化博弈研究

Research on Evolutionary Game of Cooperation Between Pharmaceutical Enterprises and University-research Institutions in Research and Development of Novel Drugs

摘要:

创新是我国从“医药大国”向“医药强国”转变的必由之路,由于我国医药企业创新能力不足等多种原因,阻碍了我国创新药物的发展,而医药企业与学研机构进行合作对促进创新药物的发展是十分必要的。本文建立了医药企业与学研机构的演化博弈模型,分析了政府参与下双方策略选择的动态演化过程以及策略选择的影响因素。基于以上基础,本文提出加大政府的财政支持、完善专利保护制度、搭建医药企业与学研机构的合作平台、完善有关合作创新的法律法规体系等建议。

Abstract:

Innovation is the only way for China to transform from a " huge country of pharmacy" to a "medical power". Because of the lack of innovation capacity of pharmaceutical enterprises, it has hindered China"s novel drugs. And the cooperation of pharmaceutical enterprises and university-research institutions is necessary. By establishing an evolutionary game model between pharmaceutical enterprises and university-research institutions, this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process of their strategic choices when government participate and factors. Therefore, in order to promote the development of novel drugs in China, it is necessary to increase the government"s financial support, improve the patent protection system, build a cooperation platform for pharmaceutical enterprises and university-research institutions, and improve the laws and regulations.
