Lean Management Model for Promoting Prefabricated Building Lean Construction Based on Building Information Model

摘要:

针对传统建筑业生产效率低下、信息化水平落后以及管理方式粗犷的现状，提出发展以建筑信息模型（BIM）技术为信息化手段、精益思想为指导思想的装配式建筑管理模式。首先鉴于装配式建筑的精益建造模式要求对信息处理能力高的实际，提出BIM技术是实现项目管理过程信息化的关键，分析基于BIM技术项目信息化管理的过程，建立BIM信息化平台，为精益管理的实现提供技术手段；然后以精益思想相关理论为基础，分析装配式建筑全生命周期各个阶段在精益思想指导下的运作；最后得出BIM技术保证装配式建筑项目全生命周期各阶段信息流的传递无阻，使得精益建造的实现成为可能，可在很大程度上满足客户需求、缩短工期、减少浪费。

Abstract:

In view of the low production efficiency, backward information level and rough management of the traditional construction industry, this paper puts forward the development of assembly building management model with building information model(BIM) technology as the information means and lean thinking as the guiding ideology. First of all, in view of the fact that lean construction mode of assembly building requires high information processing ability, BIM technology is the key to informationization of project management process, analyzes the process of information management based on BIM technology project, establishes BIM information platform, and provides technical means for the realization of lean management. Then, based on the theory of lean thinking, the paper analyzes the operation of every stage of the whole life cycle of prefabricated building under the guidance of lean thinking. Finally, it is concluded that BIM technology ensures the unimpeded transmission of information flow at all stages of the life cycle of prefabricated construction projects, makes the realization of lean construction possible, which can meet the needs of customers to a great extent, shorten the construction period and reduce waste.
