Abstract:According to the resource mismatch theory, constructed a mismatch model of agricultural science and technology resources, and calculated the relative mismatch coefficient of agricultural science and technology human resources and financial resources, estimated the gap of agricultural science and technology output in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2016. The study show that: ①The contribution rate of agricultural science and technology human resources and agricultural science and technology financial resources to the agricultural science and technology output of the three major regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significantly different. ②The relative mismatch coefficient of agricultural science and technology resources in different regions is unequal, which means that the degree of agricultural science and technology resources mismatch is different.③Mismatching of agricultural science and technology resources leads to a gap of more than 50% of agricultural science and technology output, and the mismatch of agricultural science and technology human resources is the main reason for the gap in agricultural science and technology output.④The contribution of the mismatch of agricultural S T financial resources is larger than the human resources.
