长江经济带农业科技资源错配及其对产出影响的测算

A Measurement of Misallocation of Agricultural Science and Technology Resources and Its Impact on Production in The Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要:

根据资源错配理论,构建农业科技资源错配模型,测算长江经济带2005—2016年农业科技人力资源、农业科技财力资源的相对错配指数以及农业科技产出缺口,比较农业科技人力资源、农业科技财力资源错配对农业科技产出的拉动作用。研究显示：①农业科技人力资源、农业科技财力资源投入对长江经济带三大区域的农业科技产出的贡献程度存在显著差异。②不同区域农业科技资源错配系数不同,即农业科技资源相对错配程度不同。③农业科技资源错配导致超过50%的农业科技产出缺口,农业科技人力资源的错配是农业科技产出缺口的主要原因。④农业科技人力资源的错配对农业科技产出的拉动作用大于农业科技财力资源错配的拉动作用。

Abstract:

According to the resource mismatch theory,constructed a mismatch model of agricultural science and technology resources, and calculated the relative mismatch coefficient of agricultural science and technology human resources and financial resources, estimated the gap of agricultural science and technology output in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2016. The study show that: ①The contribution rate of agricultural science and technology human resources and agricultural science and technology financial resources to the agricultural science and technology output of the three major regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significantly different. ②The relative mismatch coefficient of agricultural science and technology resources in different regions is unequal, which means that the degree of agricultural science and technology resources mismatch is different.③Mismatching of agricultural science and technology resources leads to a gap of more than 50% of agricultural science and technology output, and the mismatch of agricultural science and technology human resources is the main reason for the gap in agricultural science and technology output.④The contribution of the mismatch of agricultural S T financial resources is larger than the human resources.
