Abstract:Copyright is an important part of intellectual property rights. The intellectual property system including copyright system has become an important national strategy for promoting comprehensive economic and social development in China. Copyright-related emerging and green industries also promote the transformation and upgrading of China's overall economic structure. According to the development characteristics of copyright-related industries in China, this paper establishes 4 kinds of first-level evaluation indicators and 19 second-level evaluation indicators. Furthermore using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy neural network machine learning technology, this paper constructs a fuzzy evaluation model to predict and evaluate the comprehensive development level of copyright industry in some regions of China in 2017. Results show that the model has good prediction performance and low prediction error. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to strengthen the development of China's copyright industry.
