创新社区中用户创新发展现状与趋势——基于系统性文献回顾与文献计量分析

The Present Development Status and the Trend of User Innovation in Innovation Community: A Systematic Literature Review and Bibliometric Analysis

摘要:

本研究采用系统性文献综述与文献计量结合的方式,探究创新社区中用户创新研究的知识结构、研究热点与发展趋势。结果显示：第一,创新领域用户创新研究呈快速增长趋势,虚拟社区成为用户参与创新活动的主要载体。第二,五个热点研究方向构成用户创新领域知识体系,包括：领先用户群体的识别与利用,创新工具的使用,信息技术的应用与互动平台的搭建,服务主导逻辑的理论阐释以及品牌社区的发展。第三,用户创新能力的量化,用户创新体验的变化以及用户创新平台的完善具备一定研究潜力。本研究对用户创新领域学术科研与管理实践具备一定的启发意义。

Abstract:

This study combines the systematic literature review and the bibliometric analysis to explore the knowledge structure, research focus and development trend of the research on user innovation in innovation community. The result has shown that, first, user innovation research has shown a trend of rapid growth and the virtual community has become a main platform for users to participate in innovation activities. Second, there are five directions of research constituting the knowledge system of user innovation field, which are the identification and utilization of leading user groups, the use of innovative tools, the application of information technology and the construction of interactive platform, the theoretical interpretation of service-oriented logic and the development of brand community. Third, the quantification of user innovation ability, the change of user innovation experience and the improvement of user innovation platform may become the directions of research in the future. This study is of certain enlightening significance for the academic research and management practice in the field of user innovation.
