在不同的行业中遍布着形态各异的创新网络,网络内部不断地进行着知识交流以及合作创新,为各行业的科研创新提供动力。本文以社会网络理论为基础,建立创新网络结构、双元性学习、颠覆性创新三者之间的理论模型。本文样本数据来源134家上海张江“药谷”医药行业企业、研究机构的专利分析以及问卷调查,通过多元回归分析进行实证检验,发现创新网络结构的位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞对颠覆性创新具有显著的正向影响,利用式学习在创新网络结构的三个子变量位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用,探索式学习在位置中心性、网络稳定性与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用;在网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间没有中介效应。从而帮助企业通过提高创新网络结构性质,促进颠覆性创新。
