本文对德温特数据库中收录的人工智能领域专利数据进行分析,从整体态势、研发地域和创新机构出发,深入探讨了人工智能领域的全球专利布局和竞争态势。研究发现,人工智能领域现处于快速增长阶段,美国、中国、日本既是重要的国际市场地,也是重要的技术创新和技术来源地,我国的研发活跃度较高,优势技术领域集中在图像识别、语音识别、智能搜索和神经网络算法等方面。全球顶尖研发机构主要集中在美国和日本,我国的“标杆性”顶级企业有待增加。此外,还分析得到包括专家系统、图像识别、语音识别、生物特征识别、虚拟现实、智能家居等在内的人工智能领域10组重要的技术主题。

This paper analyzes the patent data in the field of artificial intelligence collected in the Derwent Innovation Index. From the overall situation, R&D area and R&D institutions aspect of analysis, this paper deeply discusses the global patent layout and competition situation in the field of artificial intelligence. The research finds that the field of artificial intelligence is in a period of rapid growth. The United States, China, and Japan are both important international market places and important sources of technological innovation . China's R&D activity is high, and the dominant technology areas focus on image recognition, Speech recognition, intelligent search and neural network algorithms. The world's top R&D institutions are mainly concentrated in the United States and Japan, and China's “standard” top companies need to be added. In addition, 10 important technical topics in the field of artificial intelligence are founded, including expert system, image recognition, speech recognition, biometrics, virtual reality, smart home, etc.
