企业质量能力与技术创新都是建立企业竞争优势的关键,但在实践中往往割裂看待,在理论中缺乏其相关性的定量实证研究。以双元创新为视角,根据北京市168家制造企业的调查数据,分别对三种创新方式下的不同质量能力与技术创新进行多元线性回归分析,探求创新方式异质性下的不同质量能力对技术创新的影响差异,结果表明：整体来看,质量能力能够显著促进企业技术创新；在渐进式技术创新企业中,质量控制能力显著促进其技术创新；在突破式技术创新企业中,质量保证能力和质量改进能力显著促进其技术创新；在综合式技术创新的企业中,质量保证能力显著促进其技术创新。据此建议,渐进式技术创新企业要注重建立质量控制系统,保证质量符合性,及时处理质量偏差；突破式技术创新企业和综合式技术创新企业都要注重建立质量管理相关体系,保证体系有效运行,及时纠正体系审核问题；突破式技术创新企业还要注重明确质量改进计划,开展质量改进活动,持续改进,以促进技术创新的有效性和效率。

Enterprises" quality capability and technological innovation are the key to establish their competitive advantages, but they are often viewed separately in practice and lack of quantitative empirical research on their correlation in theory. From the perspective of dual innovation, based on the survey data of 168 manufacturing enterprises in Beijing, this paper conducts multiple linear regression analysis on different quality capabilities and technological innovations under three innovative modes, and explores the impact of different quality capabilities on technological innovation under the heterogeneity of innovative modes. The results show that: overall, quality capabilities can significantly promote technological innovation; In the incremental technological innovation enterprises, quality control ability significantly promotes their technological innovation; in the breakthrough technological innovation enterprises, quality assurance ability and quality improvement ability significantly promote their technological innovation; and in the comprehensive technological innovation enterprises, quality assurance ability significantly promotes their technological innovation. Accordingly, it is suggested that incremental technological innovation enterprises should pay attention to establishing quality control system to ensure quality conformity and deal with quality deviation in time; breakthrough technological innovation enterprises and comprehensive technological innovation enterprises should pay attention to establishing quality management system to ensure the effective operation of the system and correct system auditing problems in time; breakthrough technological innovation enterprises should also pay attention to defining quality improvement plans, to carry out quality improvement activities and continuous improvement so as to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of technological innovation.
