Abstract:With the implementation of One Belt and One Road, international technical cooperation among China and "One Belt and One Road" countries is becoming increasingly close. The analysis of patent intelligence can provide reference for the further implementation of "One Belt and One Road" strategy and policy-making. By searching the patents application data in 1998-2018, we carried on the statistical analysis on the impact of doing business on the international technical cooperation, the collaboration pattern of social network, and technical fields. The results indicated that, as the economic and technical cooperation strengthened, the quantity and intensity of international patent cooperation between China and countries alongside one belt and one road area was gradually growing. So far China has established technical cooperative relationship with 41 countries along the Silk Road, but there was regional imbalance of the international patent cooperation. The positive doing business could promote the international patent cooperation, and 95 percentage of patents were applied between China and "One Belt and One Road" countries ranked in the top 100 business environment. Enterprises were the subject of international science and technology cooperation, which established globally distributed teams to implement patent cooperation. Cooperation in the technology field focused on electrical engineering and chemistry, and so on.
