研发外包与欠发达地区产业转型升级研究——以青海为例

R&D outsourcing and industrial transformation and upgrading in underdeveloped areas: a case study of Qinghai

摘要:

研发外包是一种开放式的研发形态,也是外包领域的高级形态。在当前技术复杂性等因素影响下,一些高科技领域已经广泛开展研发外包业务,并且研发外包的趋势也在大幅度增长。欠发达地区产业的研发基础相对薄弱,在产业转型升级过程中,可以借助研发外包,实现产业技术链的升级甚至跃迁,以青海省的案例进行了具体分析。

Abstract:

R&D outsourcing is not only an open R&D form, but also an advanced form in the field of outsourcing. Under the influence of current technology complexity and other factors, R&D outsourcing business has been widely carried out in some high-tech fields, and the trend of R&D outsourcing is also growing substantially. The industries R&D foundation of undeveloped areas is relatively weak. In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading, R&D outsourcing can be used to upgrade or even jump the industrial technology chain. The case of Qinghai Province is analyzed in detail.
