Abstract:The SECI model is improved from the perspective of knowledge flow to construct the Knowledge Innovation Capability Model and integrate knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge transmission ability, knowledge absorption ability and knowledge application ability into this complete flow of knowledge. Taking L enterprise as an example, this paper applies the Social Network Analysis and UCINET to the visualization and quantitative analysis and analyzes network density, centrality, and cohesive subgroup of the four dimensions of capability. By these indicators, knowledge innovation capability network is studied. Results show that enterprise should expand the scale of externally connected enterprises, appropriately reduce the centrality of core departments, and pay attention to the cohesion of subgroups to integrate various knowledge resources inside and outside, which provide reference for improving the knowledge innovation ability of science and technology enterprises.
