Abstract:Based on the perspective of regional innovation capability, referring to the provincial panel statistics from 2016 to 2017 and taking DEA model and DEA-Malmquist index, this paper constructs the spatial input and output index system of maker space, evaluates and analyzes the operation efficiency of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in China (excluding Tibet and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from the static and dynamic dimensions. The research results show that the comprehensive efficiency of the central region is better than that of the eastern and western regions, and the pure technical efficiency is the main reason for the low overall efficiency, the difference in the degree of development of regional innovation in each province will aggravate the efficiency difference between the provinces;total factor productivity of some provinces still failed to reach an effective state, and the pure technical efficiency change index and the technological progress change index are the main constraints. Based on the conclusion of the study, four suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the government and related enterprises to provide reference for the operation and management of the public creation space.
