中国经济正处于转型时期,创新能力薄弱是目前大部分企业面临的现状。在调查研究的基础上,通过对一家能源企业(简称为LT)十多年的纵向案例研究,依据战略引领创新,创新促进能力发展,能力支撑战略的思想,分析和归纳了其创新能力提升的路径和机制。研究表明,该企业创新能力的发展经历了二次创新到集成创新,再到各创新要素共同演进的路径,而创新机制中的积累机制、学习机制、协同机制在不同的阶段对创新能力的提升发挥了重要的作用。

China's economy is in a period of transition, and the weakness of innovation capability is the present situation of most enterprises. On the basis of investigation and research, through a longitudinal case study of an energy enterprise (referred to as LT) for more than ten years, this paper analyses and summarizes the path and mechanism of its innovation capability improvement , based on the idea of strategy leading innovation, innovation promoting capacity development and capacity supporting strategy. The research shows that the development of the enterprise innovation capability has gone through the path from secondary innovation to integrated innovation and then to the co-evolution of various innovation factors. At the same time, the accumulation mechanism, learning mechanism and coordination mechanism in the innovation mechanism play an important role in the improvement of innovation ability in different periods.
