随着全球逐渐进入数据经济时代,数字化企业逐渐成为市场中最具影响力和创造力的群体,数字化环境成为所有管理者需要面对的情境。但是,传统的管理理论却普遍难以解决数字经济时代的管理问题,刚刚起步的数字化管理理论通常也仅关注某一细分领域,没有形成系统的理论体系。这是因为无论是传统管理理论还是相关的数字化管理理论都没有抓住数字经济时代、数字化环境和数字化企业的核心要素——数据。本文围绕数据这一新型生产要素,以数据系统逻辑、数据特征和数据过程为核心构建了数据基础观的话语体系;并且进一步根据数据基础观体系,对传统的资源和需求相关理论进行了补充和变革;最后,将适应数字经济时代的基于数据基础观的相关管理理论应用于企业成长领域,对企业成长领域出现的部分新现象进行了解释。

As the world gradually enters the era of data economy, digital enterprises have become the most influential and creative groups in the market, and the digital environment has become the situation that all managers need to face. However, the traditional management theory is difficult to solve the management problem in the digital economy era. The relevant digital management theory that has just started is only concerned with a certain segmentation field, and does not form a systematic theoretical system. This is because neither the traditional management theory nor the related digital management theory has grasped the core elements of the digital economy era, the digital environment and the digital enterprise - data. This paper focuses on the new production factors of data, and builds the discourse system of data-based View on the basis of data system logic, data characteristics and data processes. Furthermore, based on DBV system, the traditional resource-related and demand-related theory are carried out and reformed. In addition, this paper applies the relevant management theory based on the data-based view of the digital economy era to the field of enterprise growth, and explains some new phenomena in the field of enterprise growth.
