Abstract:This paper first constructs a conceptual model of the factors affecting the formation of new energy industrial cluster, and summarizes the factors affecting the formation of new energy industrial cluster into industrial base, technological innovation level, market demand, government policy, institutional environment and financial support; then, through 322 expert questionnaires on new energy this paper uses the structural equation modeling method to verify the theoretical hypothesis. The empirical analysis shows that the industrial base, institutional environment and financial support have a significant positive impact on the formation of new energy industrial cluster; the level of technological innovation has a positive impact on the formation of new energy industrial cluster, but the significance does not pass the 5% level. “Market demand and government policies have a positive impact on the formation of new energy industrial cluster” has not been verified.
