广东企业科技特派员与企业共生机理研究

摘要:

企业科技特派员制度已成为广东全面实施创新驱动战略工作的重要推手，并形成了良好发展态势，而企业科技特派员与企业之间的共生发展是影响二者合作效果的重要因素。本文基于共生理论，构建了广东企业科技特派员与企业共生的理论分析框架；在此基础上，通过分析共生要素间的相互关系，揭示了广东企业科技特派员与企业的共生机理，以期不断完善广东企业科技特派员制度，促进二者对称性互利共生模式的实现。

Abstract:

The enterprise science and technology commissioner system has become an important driving force for Guangdong to fully implement the innovation-driven strategy work, and has formed a good development trend. The symbiotic development between enterprise science and technology commissioners and enterprises is an important factor affecting the cooperation between them.Based on symbiosis theory , this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of symbiosis between enterprises and enterprises in Guangdong enterprises. On the basis of this, analyzing the mutual relationship between symbiotic elements, and revealing the symbiotic mechanism of Guangdong enterprises' science and technology commissioners and enterprises, improving Guangdong enterprise science and technology commissioner system and promoting the realization of the symmetry and mutual benefit symbiosis model.
