大科学时代与大科学体制有固有的内涵意义,当前随着科学前沿的发展与目标导向的转变,大科学研究逐渐从军事导向转向社会需求导向,分布式、多目标式等新型组织形式出现,传统划分大科学与小科学研究的观点正在受到挑战,小科学研究与大科学研究或大科学装置发展出新的合作形式与路径,大科学研究正通过新的组织形式推动着当今世界的科学发展与技术进步。

Abstract:

The big science scientific research, big science project or large scientific infrastructure are not symbol and core of the era of big science or the big science system. With the development of science frontiers and the transformation of goal orientation, big science has gradually shifted from defense military orientation to social demand orientation. For big science, distributed facility megaprojects, multi-objective and other new forms of organization have emerged. The traditional division of big science and small science is being challenged. Small science and big science or large scientific infrastructure have developed new forms and paths of cooperation. Today, through new organizational forms,the big science is promoting the development of science and technology.
