建国70年来,我国创新文化的演进脉络始终围绕国家科技创新的战略目标,从创新文化的各个层面全面展开,在创新文化发展和促进创新型国家建设中取得了重大成就。以百年科技创新强国梦作为引导我国创新文化建设的战略目标,可将我国创新文化战略进路的主要内容概括为以下四个方面：即观念文化的引领战略、制度文化的保障战略、环境文化建设与不同子文化的织就战略及评价文化的导向战略等。

Abstract:

Since the founding of the People"s Republic of China in the 70 years, It has made great achievements in the development of the innovative culture and to promote the construction of an innovative country, and it has always been centered around the strategic goal of national scientific and technological innovation, from all aspects of the innovative culture in the evolution context of China"s innovative culture. We would taken the century-old dream of making a strong country in China through scientific and technological innovation as our strategic goal to guide the development of an innovative culture in China, The main content could be summarized as the following four aspects in the strategic route of innovation culture in China: the leading strategy of conceptual culture, the guarantee strategy in institutional culture, the construction in environmental culture and the weaving strategy in different sub-cultures and the guiding strategy in evaluation culture.
