在教育领域,伴随对教育目的、教育价值、教育内容、教育过程等的全面反思,人在教育中的自主意识及其生命属性亦逐渐受到关注。“生命自觉”理念直指教育的本质和目的,强调人的生命属性与自主意识在教育中的突出意义,生命自觉之人能够自觉将自我生命、他人生命和外在生境进行沟通转化。科研自觉是教师生命自觉的表现形式之一,以生命自觉理念与要求提升地方高校青年教师的科研能力,既是教师自身走向生命自觉的内在需要,又是培育具有生命自觉的学生之外在要求。

With the comprehensive reflection on educational purpose, educational value, educational content and educational process, people"s consciousness of autonomy in education has been paid more and more attention. The new concept of “life consciousness”directly refers to the essence and purpose of education, it emphasizes the outstanding significance of people"s consciousness of autonomy in education. People of life consciousness can automatically and consciously transform among self-life, other people"s life and external habitat. The consciousness of scientific research is one of the forms of teachers" life consciousness, and this idea and requirement to improve the scientific research ability of young teachers in local colleges and universities is not only the internal need of teachers to move towards life consciousness, but also the requirement of cultivating students with life consciousness.
