智力资本国际研究的知识结构及其动态演化

The Knowledge Structure and Dynamic Evolution of International Intellectual Capital Research：Based on the Bibliometric Analysis of SSCI Journals from 2001 to 2018

摘要:

对国际上智力资本的研究成果进行数据挖掘和文献分析,有助于研究学者评估智力资本研究的现状,确定当前研究热点,并预测未来发展趋势。将“智力资本”作为主题词,以2001－2018年间SSCI 收录的1454篇文献为样本,分析国际上智力资本研究领域的知识结构及其动态演化过程。结果表明,智力资本的知识结构包括知识型创业研究、组织信息管理研究、企业知识价值研究和企业竞争优势研究四个部分；目前智力资本研究的主题还处于发展阶段,创业和知识产权与风险投资的关系、组织管理优化和信息披露对管理的促进、知识管理和无形资产对绩效的提升、企业创新和竞争优势的强化成为学者们研究的热点。

Abstract:

Data mining and literature analysis of international intellectual capital research results will help researchers assess the current status of intellectual capital research, determine current research hotspots, and predict future development trends. Taking "intellectual capital" as the Keyword, taking 1454 references included in SSCI from 2001 to 2018 as samples, it analyzes the knowledge structure and its dynamic evolution process in the field of intellectual capital research in the world. The results show that the knowledge structure of intellectual capital includes four parts: the study of knowledge-based entrepreneurship, the study of organizational information management, the study of enterprise knowledge value and the study of enterprise competitive advantage. The results show that the subject of intellectual capital research is still in the development stage. At present, the topic of intellectual capital research is still in the development stage, relationship between entrepreneurship, intellectual property and venture capital, the optimization of organizational management and the promotion of information disclosure to management, the improvement of knowledge management and intangible assets to performance and the enhancement of enterprise innovation and competitive advantage have become the hot spots of scholars’ research.
