Abstract:Task conflicts, process conflicts and relationship conflicts are important and key dimensions that cannot be avoided in the dynamics of innovation management work of science and technology innovation teams. The study briefly reviews the literature on conflict mechanism and conflict proportion change and its innovation management, analyzes the innovation management of science and technology innovation team based on conflict mechanism, discusses the necessity of research on the impact of conflicts of scientific and technological innovation teams on innovation management, and proposes technological innovation. The research focus of task conflict, process conflict and relationship conflict in the team on the research focus of innovation management and further research direction. Finally, based on the conflict proportion combination theory, the research ideas and research prospects of innovation management of science and technology innovation team are conceived.
