摘要:

基于对科技决策智库内涵的理解以及对科技决策智库影响力的理论综述,建立了“影响源”、“影响对象”、“影响渠道”、“影响时机”、“影响效果”五位一体的科技决策智库影响力要素理论研究模型,并进行了具体解析。

Abstract:

Based on the understanding of the connotation of science decision-making think tank and the theoretical summary of its influence, this paper establishes a theoretical research model of the influential factors of science decision-making think tank, which integrates five elements: source of influence, object of influence, channel of influence, opportunity of influence and effect of influence, and specific analyze also be proposed in this paper.
