    摘要:

    伴随中国社会经济迈向高质量发展阶段, 提升高技术产业在全球价值链的分工地位迫在眉睫。创新成为引领发展的第一动力。本研究探究工艺创新和产品创新驱动中国高技术产业升级的影响机制,检验产品创新的中介作用,比较不同科技创新水平的三大梯队中介效应的差异,结果发现在全国层面,产品创新在工艺创新促进产业升级过程中发挥完全中介作用,且第一梯队地区与全国层面结果相同;第三梯队地区为部分中介作用,工艺创新对产业升级的促进作用有39%是通过产品创新实现的;而第二梯队地区不存在上述的中介作用,若要推动产业升级,需提高政府干预经济程度和高等教育程度。

    Abstract:

    With China"s social economy moving towards a high-quality development stage, it is extremely urgent to improve the division of labor of high-tech industries in the global value chain. Innovation has become the first driving force for development. This study explores the influence mechanism of process innovation and product innovation to drive the upgrading of China"s high-tech industry, examines the mediating role of product innovation, and compares the differences in the intermediation effects of the three echelons of different levels of technological innovation. The results show that at the national level, product innovation plays a full intermediary role in the process of process innovation and industrial upgrading, and the results of the first echelon area are the same as those of the national level; the third echelon area is part of the intermediary role, and 39% of the technological innovations promoted industrial upgrading through product innovation; while the second echelon area does not have the above-mentioned intermediary role, to promote industrial upgrading, it is necessary to increase the degree of government intervention in economics and higher education.
