Abstract:Using the stochastic frontier model of transcendental logarithmic production function to measure the efficiency of rice production technology of 775 households in southeastern Hubei, and analyze the spatial pattern based on township scale. At the same time, using the spatial lag model (SLM) and spatial error model (SEM) to quantitative analyze the related factors of farmers' rice production technology efficiency. The study found that: (1) The efficiency of rice production in rural plains is generally higher than that in low hilly areas, which is a high-high concentration area for farmers' rice production technology efficiency. (2) Farmers' rice production technology efficiency has a significant positive spatial spillover effect at the township level. (3) The per capita income and cultivated land quality of the family have a significant positive effect on the efficiency of rice production technology; while the degree of arable land fragmentation and the related characteristic variables of farmers have a significant negative effect on the efficiency of rice production technology of farmers, the scale of cultivated land management and rice production technology of farmers Efficiency is an "inverted U" relationship. Therefore, local governments should improve the technical efficiency of rice production by strengthening the management of cultivated land fragmentation, carrying out appropriate scale management of cultivated land, transforming rice cultivation mode, carrying out actions of saving fertilizer and medicine in agriculture, strengthening the construction of social service system of agricultural production and capital accumulation of agricultural labor force. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of rice production technology for farmers from the aspects of strengthening the management of arable land and the organic scale of cultivated land.
