Abstract:Due to different resource endowments, organizational experience and market position, start-ups and mature companies often adopt different organizational methods for technological innovation. However, start-ups are constrained by endowment factors, lack of industry experience, and weak technical systems. There is great uncertainty in the early stages of development. Entrepreneurial endowment, knowledge heterogeneity, social capital, network factors, policies and government behaviors and other complex factors affect corporate innovation activities. China, especially in Zhejiang, small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of entrepreneurial opportunities and ability acquisition, entrepreneurial willingness and innovation activity And the degree of success has always been a leading edge. Therefore, using rooted theory to conduct multi-case analysis of Zhejiang"s local start-ups, capture the key internal and external factors that affect the innovation of start-up SMEs, and analyze the mechanism of various influences in the process of innovation. Describe the basic path and existing problems of local SMEs" technological innovation, construct a theoretical model of the impact mechanism of technological innovation of start-ups, and finally propose countermeasures for innovation management.
