Abstract:At present, there are more than one hundred of industrial intellectual property alliances in China, most of them are non-standard alliances. The composition of these alliances is different, and their interests are diverse. How to operate these alliances has not yet formed mature experiences. From the perspective of decomposition of interest objectives, this article simplifies six kinds of single interest objective, and combines practice to discuss the contents, membership structures, legal risks and conflicts of interest of alliances. Based on these discussions, the attention points are explored in the construction of alliances under multi-interest objectives and in the process of government guidance and supervision for providing some references.
