科技期刊的信息服务已经不能满足大数据时代科技创新对知识的需求，科技期刊应该从信息服务向知识服务转型。科技期刊编辑的信息能力对科技期刊知识服务有着重要作用，科技期刊编辑应以信息分析和管理能力为基础，以信息获取和检索能力为保障，提升信息挖掘和组织能力，从而提高自身及期刊的知识服务能力，为政策和科研决策提供知识支撑。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of Big Data era, the information service provided by sci-tech journals is no longer able to accommodate the knowledge requirement of science-technology innovation, which calls on sci-tech journals to provide knowledge service rather than information service. As the information capabilities of sci-tech journal editors plays an important role in knowledge service, it has become indispensable for editors to improve their information capabilities from 3 aspects: They should be based on information analysis and management capabilities, be protected by information acquisition and retrieval capabilities, and improve information mining and organization, thereby improve the knowledge service capabilities of themselves and journals So that the knowledge service ability of the journal can be further enhanced and stronger support for political and scientific research decision-making provided.
