模块化价值网络是以动态分工和价值共创为基本特征的企业共生模式,是基于企业的模块化设计和模块化整合而形成的新型产业组织形式,在促进企业生产方式变革和产业结构优化升级方面表现出强有力的推动作用。在探讨价值网络形成及运行机理的基础上,深入分析了价值网络共生对企业绩效的影响机制,运用多元线性回归和Bootstrap方法对所构建的理论模型进行了实证研究。结果表明：价值网络共生对企业能力和企业绩效均具有显著的正向作用,进一步地,价值网络共生通过企业能力对企业绩效产生影响；网络位势不仅显著调节价值网络共生与企业能力、价值网络共生与企业绩效的直接效应,而且对企业能力在价值网络共生与企业绩效之间的中介效应具有显著调节作用。据此,结合当前产业发展背景,为促进我国企业高质量发展提出了对策建议。

As a new mode of enterprise symbiosis, modular value network is characterized by dynamic labor and value co-creation. It is a new form of industrial organization based on modular design and modular integration of enterprises. It plays a strong role in promoting the transformation of enterprise production mode and upgrading of industrial structure. On the basis of discussing the formation and operation mechanism of value network, this paper deeply analyses the influence mechanism of value network symbiosis on firm performance, and uses multiple linear regression and Bootstrap method to carry out empirical research on the theoretical model. The results show that the symbiosis of value network has a significant positive effect on firm competence and firm performance. Furthermore, the symbiosis of value network has an impact on firm performance through firm competence. In addition, it has shown that network potential has moderating effects on these interactions. Network potential not only significantly regulates the direct effect of value network symbiosis and firm competence, value network symbiosis and firm performance, but also has a remarkable impact on the mediation effect of firm competence which is between value network symbiosis and firm performance. According to the conclusion of this study, combined with the current background of industrial development, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Chinese firms.
