摘要：发展专业化众创空间是众创空间向纵深发展的重要举措，龙头骨干企业作为专业化众创空间的建设主体，需有效发挥引领带动作用。通过阐释众创空间的内涵及专业化众创空间的发展现状，以生态位的理论视角，构建龙头骨干企业建设专业化众创空间的生态系统结构模型。并以陕西煤业化工集团双创中心为例，分析专业化众创空间的建设策略，对龙头骨干企业专业化众创空间的发展提出思考与启示。

Abstract:The development of specialized maker space is an important measurement for the development of the both in scope and in depth. The leading enterprises, as the main body of the specialized maker space, it have to effectively play the role of the tie. By interpreting the connotation of the maker space and the development status of the specialization maker space. To analysed the ecosystem structure model of leading enterprises to build specialized maker space from the perspective of niche theory. Taking the specialized maker space of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group as an example, To analyze the construction strategy of specialized maker space and bring forward thoughts and enlightenment on the development of the specialized maker space of leading enterprises.
