高校新型研发机构的出现是产学研深入合作的必然结果，其发展历程体现了创新逻辑、学术逻辑和教育功能逻辑的不断演变。高校新型研发机构强调高校系统内外因素的互动和支撑作用，具有多模式的表现形式，对于高校创新创业实践有着极大的推动作用，有助于形成更高水平的人才培养体系，推动一流本科教育的建设。鉴于高校新型研发机构具有协同性和灵活性等特点，做大做强高校新型研发机构，有必要进一步调动政府、高校和高校新型研发机构自身的工作积极性，形成共同推动高校新型研发机构发展的合力。

New university R&D institution is a result of the further development of production-teaching-research combination,which reflects the continuous evolution of innovation logic, academic logic and educational function logic.New university R&D institution emphasizes the interaction and support of the internal and external factors of the university, showing multiple modes,having a great role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education, helping to form higher level of student cultivation system, promoting the development of first-class undergraduate education.In view of the cooperativity and flexibility of New university R&D institution,it's further development requres to further mobilize the government, colleges and New university R&D institution's own to?make a concerted effort.
