Abstract:This paper constructs a two-dimensional analysis framework of knowledge management-mechanism innovation, and compares the four organizational forms of traditional enterprises, technology-based SMEs, technologically advanced service enterprises, and new research and development institutions, and studies the factors affecting the long-term growth of enterprises, gets the experience of promoting enterprise sustainable development. The results are as follows: (1) Traditional enterprises aim to gain short-term profits, rely on large-scale production, reduce operating costs to obtain market share, endogenous innovation power is not strong, growth is not as good as R & D enterprises. (2) The new enterprise-type R&D institutions are the best organizational form of R&D enterprises, which can bring into play the advantages of knowledge management of SMEs and integrate the institutional advantages of technologically advanced service enterprises. (3) Constructing the open embedded knowledge network management system, adopting the low-cost, open and shared resource allocation mechanism, and implementing the flexible talent introduction and training mechanism is the key to realize the sustainable development of the new R&D institutions of enterprise.
