Abstract:Connectivity, as the key to building a community with a shared future for mankind, is not only the goal pursued by globalization, but also the specific process to realize globalization. It plays an important role in realizing rational division of labor, win-win and sharing in the global context. In the process of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading through connectivity, China faces political and legal risk, economic and financial risk, social and cultural risk, talent and technology risk, cyber security risk, also various challenges such as the turbulence of international political and economic situation and the internationalization of Chinese standards. For this, China is supposed to pay more attention to the factors which could influence risks a lot, the absence of support system for external industrial cooperation, the lack of international discourse power, the unsoundness of organization and coordination both domestic and overseas, for instance. We shall establish and improve an efficient risk prevention and response mechanism, structure an all-round support system of human resources, intensify the development of core technology, accelerate the evolution of China"s management consulting trade, for enhancing our position in the GVCs.
