Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of inter-firm team knowledge transformation and enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chain, this study clarifies the connotation and evolution mechanism of inter-firm team knowledge transformation. Based on the actual characteristics of the cross-enterprise team in supply chain, this paper improves and complements the SECI Model and the Triple Helix Model, establishes the conceptual model of team knowledge transformation among supply chain enterprises, and analyzes the interaction mechanism of team knowledge transformation process among supply chain enterprises. Further, according to the theory of complex adaptive system, the paper uses multi-subject modeling and simulation method to establish the knowledge transformation evolution model of supply chain inter-enterprise team, and carries on the simulation experiment to knowledge transformation evolution process with the help of NetLogo simulation platform. The simulation results show that the model can effectively reflect the process and evolution mechanism of team knowledge transformation among supply chain enterprises, in which the ability of knowledge sharing, knowledge absorption and the degree of enterprise attention have a significant impact on the effect of knowledge transformation; in addition, changing the attribute level of each participant will have different influence on the simulation result.
