京津冀高新技术企业创新效率及提升路径研究

Research on Green Innovation Efficiency and Improvement Path of Beijing-tianjin-hebei High-tech Enterprises

摘要:

以2010-2017年京津冀高新技术产业的面板数据为依据，通过数据包络分析方法对京津冀地区高新技术企业R&D人员折合全时当量、R&D内部经费支出和新增固定资产的投入指标，有效发明专利数和新产品消费收入的产出指标进行评价，分析各因素对京津冀地区高新技术企业创新效率的影响，根据发展现状及存在的问题，对创新效率的提升路径进行系统分析。结合具体实际情况，针对相应的问题及区域优势，对京津冀高新技术产业的发展提出合理的建议，提高创新效率，实现可持续发展。

Abstract:

In a 2010-2017 panel data of the beijing-tianjin-hebei high-tech industry as the basis, through data envelopment analysis (dea) method for high and new technology enterprise R&D personnel beijing-tianjin-hebei region (full-time equivalent, R&D spending and new fixed asset investment index, effective number of invention patents and new products output indicators to evaluate consumer income, the analysis of various factors on the efficiency of the high and new technology enterprise innovation beijing-tianjin-hebei region, according to the development present situation and existing problems, and to promote the efficiency of the innovation path for system analysis. Based on the actual situation and the corresponding problems and regional advantages, this paper puts forward reasonable Suggestions for the development of high-tech industry in beijing-tianjin-hebei region, so as to improve the innovation efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
