“混改”背景下,融合多方主体高管团队(TMT)的心理和认知行为对战略决策绩效的影响机制是亟待回答的问题。基于混改科技型企业TMT的301份有效问卷样本数据,分析了TMT交互记忆系统对战略决策绩效的影响机制,并检验了团队过程和团队自反在上述关系中所起的中介和调节作用。结果发现:TMT交互记忆系统对团队过程和决策绩效具有显著的正向影响; 团队过程在交互记忆系统和决策绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用;团队自反性程度越高,混改科技型企业TMT交互记忆系统通过团队过程对战略决策绩效产生的间接影响效应就越强。

Under the background of "mixed reform", it is an urgent question to answer the influence mechanism of the psychological and cognitive behaviors of the integrating multiple entities top management team(TMT) on the performance of strategic decision-making performance. Based on 301 valid questionnaire sample data of mixed technology enterprise top management team, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of TMT transactive memory system on strategic decision performance, and tests the mediating and moderating role of team process and team reflexive in the above relationship.The results show that TMT transactive memory system has a significant positive impact on team process and decision performance.Team process plays a part of mediating role between transactive memory system and decision performance.The higher degree of team reflexivity, the stronger indirect effect of TMT transactive memory system of mixed technology enterprises on strategic decision performance through team process.
